Co-Founder and President Bri Rosas is a sports business leader and former NBA executive with nearly two decades of award-winning experience spanning professional sports, consumer brands, and media. She is a strategic advisor to influential leaders and businesses in dynamic and complex environments.

As the first woman in the NBA to run both team communications and broadcast sectors, her award-winning work included the introduction of 2020 #1 Draft Pick Anthony Edwards, championing the organization’s social impact, and was a key architect uniting high-profile stakeholders to position the Timberwolves and Lynx for change of ownership.

Prior to her NBA & WNBA tenure, she led sports strategy for Fortune 500 companies and worked in media. She is the recipient of 2024 Business Journal’s 40 Under 40, 2021 PR Daily Top Women in Communications, 2020 MarCom Crisis Navigator Award, and is educated through Stanford Graduate School of Business and the University of Minnesota.
